Goldoni-Galuppi'nin «Il mondo della luna» eseri: on sekizinci yüzyıl aktarımının incelenmesi

Özet (abstract)

Nel saggio si compie una  recensio  il piu possibile completa dei testimoni (libretti a stampa e partiture) che hanno tradito  Il mondo della luna  di Goldoni e Galuppi tra il 1750 ed il 1765, verificando le informazioni non sempre puntuali fornite dai repertori. Da essa emergono con chiarezza le due principali linee di tradizione del testo, una delle quali legata ai famosi buffi Carlo e Maria Angela Paganini, e le strategie messe in atto dagli operatori teatrali per adattare l'opera sia ai mutamenti di gusto del pubblico sia alle esigenze dei cantanti. L'analisi codicologica dei cinque manoscritti musicali individuati e il raffronto dei loro testi verbali colla tradizione dei libretti pur non portando ad una datazione di tutti i membri del  corpus  (per alcuni dei quali e ipotizzabile un'origine legata al coevo commercio del collezionismo) consente almeno per uno, il ms. conservato in D-Wa proveniente dall'archivio del teatro di corte di Braunschweig, il preciso riferimento ad una messinscena del 1760, evidenziato attraverso una complessa lettura stratigrafica volta a distinguere i vari interventi succedutisi nel codice, e per un altro, il ms. in I-BRc scritto forse per un collezionista dalle stesse mani del testimone conservato in D-Wa, una datazione certa. Cio permette, tra l'altro, di individuare un gruppo di copisti attivo a Venezia intorno alla meta del XVIII secolo responsabile di una famiglia di manoscritti coevi. Il saggio si completa con una serie di appendici: una cronologia delle rappresentazioni dell'opera; una serie di tabelle descrittive dei manoscritti musicali; un elenco alfabetico di tutte le arie, duetti, cori, etc. presenti nelle fonti a stampa e manoscritte dell'opera; due tabelle relative ai cantanti e alle indicazioni scenografiche. ****** Goldoni-Galuppi's «Il mondo della luna»: a study of eighteenth-century transmission This paper gives the most complete examination possible of sources (librettos and scores) for Goldoni and Galuppi's Il mondo della luna between 1750 and 1765, checking the not always accurate information supplied by the catalogues. The recensio pinpoints clearly the two main groups of librettos (one of which was linked to the well-known buffi Carlo and Maria Angela Paganini) and the strategies of impresarios to adapt the opera not only to the changes in public taste, but also to the demands of the singers. Although codicological analysis of the five identified musical manuscripts and comparison of their verbal texts with the librettos handed down did not lead to the dating of all the items of the corpus (for some of which the origin can be conjectured as linked to the contemporary collectors' market), it did at least permit an indubitable dating for two ms., i.e.: (i) the manuscript stored in D-Wa coming from the archive of the Braunschweig court theatre and containing a precise reference to a production of 1760, evidenced through a complex stratigraphic reading which revealed the various modifications introduced from time to time in the codex; (ii) the manuscript in I-BRc, written (possibly for a collector) in the same handwriting as that stored in D-Wa which permitted, among other things, the identification of a group of copyists, active in Venice around the middle of the eighteenth century and responsible for a number of manuscripts compiled at that time.  The paper concludes with a series of appendices: a chronology of performances of the opera, a series of descriptive tables of the musical manuscripts, an alphabetical list of all the arias, duets, choruses, etc. present in the printed and manuscript sources of the opera, two tables relating to the singers and to the scenographic instructions.
