Ana noktalar

  • UV nanosaniye lazer işlemi, böcek bacak mikro yapılarından esinlenen CFRP'ler üzerinde biyomimetik yüzey dokuları oluşturur.
  • Optimum lazer parametreleri (15 W güç, 40 mm/s hız, 0,04 mm aralık) düzgün altıgen biyomimetik dokular üretir.
  • Biyomimetik dokular, işlenmemiş yüzeylere kıyasla arayüzey kesme dayanımını %68,23 oranında artırdı ve su temas açısını %41,69 oranında azalttı.
  • Arızanın analizi, arayüzey arızasından kohezif arızaya doğru bir geçiş göstererek bağın iyileştiğini ortaya koydu.
  • Sonlu elemanlar analizi, biyomimetik dokuların tepe arayüzey çekme ve soyulma gerilmelerini azalttığını doğruladı.

Özet (abstract)

ABSTRACT Interfacial regulation is critical for improving the adhesive performance of carbon fiber reinforced polymers (CFRP). Inspired by the leg microstructures of Tettigonia viridissima, this study proposes an ultraviolet nanosecond laser‐based fiber‐fracture biomimetic surface texturing strategy for biomimetic surface texturing of CFRP. The relationship among laser parameters, texture geometries, and surface wettability was established to achieve controllable fabrication of microtextures. Principal component analysis revealed that the arithmetic mean height Sa was the key descriptor for surface characterization. Orthogonal experimental optimization produced uniform biomimetic textures using a laser power of 15 W, scanning speed of 40 mm/s, and line spacing of 0.04 mm. Compared with conventional textures, the biomimetic hexagonal texture enhanced adhesive spreading and mechanical interlocking, thereby improving interfacial bonding. The water contact angle decreased by 41.69%, and the interfacial shear strength increased by 68.23% compared with the unprocessed surface. Failure analysis showed a transition from interfacial failure to cohesive failure within CFRP. Finite element analysis (FEA) demonstrated that biomimetic textures reduced peak interfacial tensile and peel stresses. This study clarifies the mechanism of ultraviolet laser induced texturing in regulating surface characteristics and adhesive performance, providing theoretical guidance for designing high performance adhesive joints.
