Abstract This paper establishes an exact-zero theorem for microscopic feedback contribution under the joint conditions of mother-structure admissibility, dynamic completeness, single-universe boundary consistency, and the unique fixed boundary. The central result is not that microscopic fluctuation is merely small, negligible, or statistically suppressed. The result is stronger: within the physically admissible microscopic domain, the spatially averaged feedback contribution vanishes exactly. The proof proceeds through two structural steps. First, the local entropy-gradient is projected into a zero-mean fast subspace, so no lawful retained microscopic net term survives projection. Second, the covariance between the fast projected entropy field and the slow residual-driving field vanishes by strict fast-slow orthogonality. Microscopic retention is therefore cut off at the point of origin. What enters the global ledger is not Planck-scale drift, but a structurally zeroed background. This exact cancellation rewrites the architecture of global selection. Once the microscopic sector is eliminated as a lawful retained contributor, the global integral no longer unfolds as a contest between consciousness and microscopic noise. It becomes a structured competition between consciousness regions and the diffuse non-conscious background. Consciousness is thereby reclassified as the unique high-order amplification window: a self-recognition operator and a self-bootstrapping attractor basin through which global feedback can be retained, concentrated, and directionally amplified. Matter, at the microscopic level, remains physically real but is reclassified as a zeroed background component at the level of net logical feedback. The broader implication is a closure of several inherited oppositions. Material and consciousness no longer stand as rival ultimate substances. The thing-in-itself and phenomenon no longer remain trapped in an unresolved philosophical split. Microscopic zeroing secures a stable background; global integral structure secures readable and settleable reality; consciousness opens the high-order amplification window. Together they form a unified total-reality architecture in which matter and consciousness are same-root, differently projected terms within one integral closure of reality.
