Key points
- Dataset includes real-time transmitted irradiance (mW/cm2) at 1, 5, 10, 15, and 20 s.
- Evaluated four bulk-fill resin composites (Omnichroma Bulk Flow, Charisma Bulk Flow ONE, SimpliShade Bulk Fill, Filtek One Bulk Fill).
- Measurements taken at 2 mm and 4 mm thicknesses (n = 80).
- Includes top/bottom Vickers microhardness and bottom-to-top ratio for each specimen.

Abstract
Raw dataset supporting the in vitro study "Real-Time Transmitted Irradiance as an Indicator of Polymerization Efficiency in Single-Shade and Bulk-Fill Resin Composites" (Kurucu Karadeniz & Karadeniz, Giresun University, Faculty of Dentistry). Four bulk-fill resin composites (Omnichroma Bulk Flow, Charisma Bulk Flow ONE, SimpliShade Bulk Fill, Filtek One Bulk Fill) were evaluated at 2 and 4 mm thickness (n = 80). The dataset contains real-time transmitted irradiance (mW/cm2) at 1, 5, 10, 15, and 20 s and top/bottom Vickers microhardness with the bottom-to-top ratio for each specimen.
