Abstract
본 연구는 간호대학생의 인공지능(AI) 윤리의식, AI에 대한 태도 및 도덕적 민감성이 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 임상실습을 경험한 3,4학년 간호대학생 149명을 대상으로 서술적 조사연구를 수행하였으며, SPSS 29.0을 활용하여 기술통계, 상관분석 및 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 연구 결과, 도덕적 민감성(β=0.372, p <0.001), AI에 대한 긍정적 태도(β=0.211, p =0.015), 전공만족도(β=0.162, p =0.024), AI 윤리교육 참여의사(β=0.150, p =0.040)는 간호전문직관에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 반면, AI에 대한 부정적 태도(β=-0.153, p =0.033)는 간호전문직관을 저해하는 요인으로 분석되었다. 또한 AI 윤리교육에 관심있는 학생들의 간호전문직관이 유의미하게 높게 나타나, AI 윤리교육이 필요성을 보여주었다. 따라서 간호교육을 통해 간호대학생들의 AI 윤리의식과 태도를 향상시키기 위한 교육적 개입이 필요하며, 향후 AI 윤리교육과 관련된 후속 연구를 제언한다.
