Abstract
본 연구는 간호대학생의 도덕적 민감성과 그릿이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시행되었다. 본 연구는 서술적 조사연구로 자료수집은 2025년 9월 1일부터 9월 15일까지 시행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 24.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관관계 및 다중 회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 총 연구대상자는 169명으로 3학년 119명, 4학년 50명이었다. 설문지는 도덕적 민감성, 그릿 및 임상수행능력 설문지를 활용하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 임상수행능력은 학년(t=-8.48, p<.001)에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 도덕적 민감성 정도는 5.31점, 그릿은 4.16점, 임상수행능력은 4.08점으로 나타났다. 도덕적 민감성과 그릿(r=.47, p<.001), 도덕적 민감성과 임상수행능력(r=.69, p<.001)은 서로 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위한 회귀모형은 유의한 것으로 나타났다(F=78.79, p<.001). 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 도덕적 민감성(β=.46, p<.001), 학년(β=.30, p<.001)과 그릿(β=.18, p<.001)이었고, 이들 요인은 임상수행능력을 58.0% 설명하였다. 따라서 본 연구 결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 임상수행능력을 높이기 위해 도덕적 민감성과 그릿을 향상시키기 위한 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.
