X. yüzyılda Abbasi devletinin merkezinde yer alan Irak bölgesi şehirlerinin ayrı bir idari birim halinde Samanîlerin idaresine verilmiş olan Maveraünnehir bölgesi şehirleri arasındaki ticari münasebetler tebliğimizin konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada iki bölge arasındaki işlek yollar, alınıp satılan mallar, imalat sanayi ve doğal zenginlikleri coğrafya ve tarih kaynaklarındaki veriler ışığında inceleme konusu yapılacaktır.
