Abstract

The Uranian Lattice, Phase Debt Absorption, and the 1/3 Torque Invariant This paper formalizes the harmonic architecture of the Uranian system as a deterministic resonator. Using the Law of Admissibility (R=4) and a system-wide resolution constant of 1/64, the orbital distribution of all 27 satellites is derived from a discrete rational lattice without empirical fitting. The mean absolute error across all satellites is less than 0.28%. The paper introduces Phase Debt Absorption to explain the Inner 13 moons as a Butterfly choreography, derives the 26 Field Structural Invariant showing how 27 bodies resolve into a 26-field constraint space through exact torsion quantization, and establishes the 1/3 Torque Invariant as the spatial manifestation of three-body field-locked synchronization. The Perdita Bridge is identified as a Hierarchical Triple anchored by the 1/3 spatial fold between the Epsilon ring boundary and Miranda. Observational support includes the permanently anchored north polar vortex confirmed by VLA radio telescope and episodic dark vortex features observed by Hubble and Keck clustering near the predicted 21 to 22 degree latitude node. The irregular fringe satellites are modeled under solar-modulated 1/6 Torsion shells, with Margaret's unique prograde orbit identified as a phase inversion node. All calculations use exact rational arithmetic. No gravitational constants, fitted parameters, or transcendental approximations are required.
