Abstract

This research discusses the application of cloud-native AI architectures to change enterprise ITecosystems. It discusses such important elements as data lakes, MLOps, RAG pipelines, agentic AI, and securitylayers with attention to scalability, flexibility, and security. With the help of industry case studies and scholarlyliterature, the paper identifies the industry best practices of cloud-native AI implementation and outlines some ofthe challenges encountered by CIOs in ensuring business alignment. It also highlights the fact that long-termarchitectural planning is necessary to enable AI systems to be future-proof so that they can be scaled and modifiedto meet future changes in technology
