Abstract
This registration describes a scoping review that will systematically map the evidence on clinical decision support systems (CDSSs) used by nurses and other clinicians in intensive care and emergency triage settings, with particular attention to reverse triage during disaster surges. The review will identify CDSS types, functionalities, and impacts on decision‑making time, accuracy, confidence, and cognitive workload, construct an evidence gap map across CDSS types and clinical contexts, and develop the CDSS‑RT conceptual framework to guide future CDSS‑assisted reverse triage system design and implementation.
