Abstract
Sanayileşmeyle birlikte özerk bir kimliğe kavuşan İş Hukukunun temel prensibi, işçi konumunda olan bireyin hak ve özgürlüklerinin korunmasıdır. Zira; hukukun aynı zamanda sosyal bir olgu olarak tanımlandığı bilinmektedir. Söz konusu amaç doğrultusunda, toplumsal dengenin korunması da önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada, “İş Mevzuatı, İş Sağlığı ve İş Güvenliğinden” bahsedilmiştir. İş Hukuku ve temel problem teşkil eden “İşçinin Korunması” ile “İş sağlığı ve Güvenliği” konularına paralel olarak; ilgili hususlarda temel sorunlar incelenmiş olup, çözüm önerileri vurgulanmıştır. İlk bölümlerde “İş, İşyeri, Çalışma, İş Hukuku ve Özellikleri, Türkiye’deki İş Mevzuatı ve İş Hukukunun Tarihçesi, Dünyada İş Yasalarının Evrim Süreci, Modern İş Yasaları, sonraki blümlerde ise “İş Sözleşmesi, İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği, İş Kazası Kavramları, Türkiye ve Avrupa Birliği Mevzuatlarının Karşılaştırılması, İş Güvencesi Kavramı ve Kapsamı, Arabuluculuk ve 5237 Sayılı Türk Ceza Kanunu’nda İş Hukuku Suçları” konularına değinilmiştir.
