Abstract

The aim of this present study was to systematically synthesize and meta-analyze the existing literature on acute effects of rest-redistribution and cluster sets, specifically focusing on movement velocity during resistance training, and to compare rest-redistribution and cluster sets using Bayesian network meta-analyses. We hypothesize that cluster sets will be more effective in maintaining movement velocity compared to rest-redistribution.
